One of my favorite things to do this time of year is to prepare a Hot Chocolate Bar in my kitchen. I have a small area next to my oven where our Keurig coffee maker sits. This is where I set up everything I need so my family and guests can make a quick cup of hot chocolate. I bought these glass canisters from K-mart years ago. I fill one with the small marshmallows and put a long handled scoop inside or on top. I also fill up the other canister with Swiss Miss hot chocolate or you can make your own. Add the measuring scoop that comes with the mix into your jar.
You may be wondering what is in the big canister. . . one of the best kept secrets anywhere! I buy these Pirouettes at Walmart and they come in several flavors. I haven’t found one I didn’t LOVE! French vanilla, Mint chocolate, Chocolate fudge. . . need I go on?
Have spoons or stirrers on hand as well as mugs and your family and guests will feel very pampered and loved. Enjoy!
Pirouettes are at Dollar Tree for a dollar a can…many flavors. Sometimes they are this same brand, or another which are just as good…it’s obviously a smaller can, but great also for gift giving…I love a bargain and thought I’d share. Have a blessed Christmas.
